We ship all of our products within 7-10 business days of purchase with priority insured mail and First Class Mail in the United States. Delivery within the U.S. takes 3 to 5 business days and 1 to 2 weeks to Canada. 

Please be aware that we cannot be responsible for an International package being delayed by customs and, therefore cannot guarantee a delivery date.  

Please be advised that in the event that your order does go missing in the post or is broken during shipping, we are not liable. We are at no time liable for any customs charges or duties that maybe incurred for the customer to receive their order. 

Because of the nature of our handmade work, we do not offer refunds on any custom orders. If your product is received damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving to be eligible for an exchange. 

If you are not happy with your product and would like to be considered for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it and we have to be contacted within 24 hours of you receiving your product. It must also be with the original packaging when shipped back to us. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. 

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at alphablingdesigns@gmail.com so we can go forward with more information on where to send your item to. 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. 

If you are shipping an item back, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. 

  - All of our crystals come straight from an Authorized Austrian Crystal supplier. We take great value in our work and crystallizing with the best quality Crystals. 

  - No, the crystals do not fall off. We use an industrial strength adhesive that has been tested multiple times to make sure we provide the best quality to our clients. We also test all of our products before shipping to make sure there are no loose crystals.

1. Wash with lukewarm water
2. Do not use abrasive sponges
3. Hand wash only
4. Dry immediately
5. Not microwave safe
